Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Chemical/Electronics or Industrial) or equivalent. Post graduate studies or relevant training related to quality management in manufacturing environment.
With at least 2 years of experience as customer quality engineer.
Ability to drive and implement corrective actions to incoming materials, assuring quality end-to-end.
Hands-on experience in updating customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
Well-experienced in preparing and updating all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
With experience in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
Good statistical and analytical skills, familiarity with problem-solving, quality improvement techniques such as SPC, 7QC tools, 8D and FMEA.
With experience in overall deployment of quality management systems aligned with ISO standards.
Able to train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
Auditing product and processes to ensure ISO, internal and external requirements.
Able to conduct cross functional trainings related to quality improvement.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work with flexible schedule as deemed necessary.
Ability to think out of the box, quality oriented, perform risk analysis and mitigation and manage changes.
Able to establish good rapport and communication to all levels of internal and contract manufacturing organization.
