Manages the monitoring of measuring instruments and tools and ensuring the validity of calibration for assignment, as well as, management and handling of monitoring and measuring instruments as In-Process Quality;
Audits product and process to ensure compliance to ISO, internal and external requirements.
Promotes the use of statistical problem solving, quality improvement techniques such as SPC, 7QC tools, 8D and FMEA.
Conducts cross functional trainings related to quality improvement.
Identifies, analyzes and documents quality investigations and corrective actions.
Maintains clear and regular communication with relevant AK individuals.
Cascades relevant information to staffs related to memorandums, HR communications and changes in organizational management.
Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior and manager.
With degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical or Industrial) or equivalent.
Safety and quality management systems background and familiarity
With 2 or more years of experience in quality engineering, both product and systems, including supplier and customer management.
With experience in overall deployment of quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
Intermediate to expert experience level in MS Office tools such as excel, powerpoint and word
Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
Able to think out of the box, quality oriented, perform risk analysis and mitigation and manage changes
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work with flexible schedule as deemed necessary.
